No. Booking through us does not cost you more (travel companies build commissions into their prices, so you are paying for the service of an advisor whether you use one or not). But, the value of the personalized service, amenities, and accommodations through FamilyTale Vacations is superior to the discount deals offered by automated online travel agent websites.

Yes! Do you have an upcoming family reunion, wedding or vow renewal celebration, or multi-family get-together? We can handle the travel details and ensure that you have access to group accommodations, seating, entrances, and other special amenities that only agents have access to. We can secure meeting space, special events, and group leaders may receive exclusive benefits as well.

Not necessarily. As a web-based full-service travel agency, we are able to provide service to families throughout the country in addition to our nearby neighbors.

For additional itinerary design services that go beyond the basic scope of travel planning, we also offer an optional white-glove service menu. We always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for any extra services you may choose.

Yes and No. The designation of "Disney Earmarked" is based on sales by Disney focused agencies - we prefer to focus on you - our client.. FamilyTale Vacations has chosen to exist as an independent affiliate of WorldVia Travel - a Travel Leaders Associated agency and Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. We find that the value of the support, education, and relationships forged through these partnerships far outweighs the recognition for sales numbers with Disney alone. So, while this structure affords us all the benefits and, more importantly, training offered to those with the Authorized/Earmark designations, FamilyTale Vacations does not use that label.
